Day 1 - July 8th

Welcome to my Maccabiah Games 2009 blog!



I'm going to try and keep you all updated on my trip to Israel and participating in the 18th Maccabiah Games. Today I'll be leaving for the 10 hour flight to Tel Aviv. I did luck out and was able to move up my seat from the very last row all the way up to row 17 on the aisle. That's a good start!



I'll be meeting about 9 or 10 teammates in Newark Airport as we're all on the same flight. Plus there will be guys from the other US soccer teams that we'll know. So it should be a decent flight.
